This policy explains what information Grooms Digital collects through groomsdigital.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect what you choose to send: your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number, organization, and current website if you include them. When you email or call us, we receive whatever you share in that conversation.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to provide the services you ask about, and to keep a record of our conversations. We don't sell or rent your information, and we won't add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Service providers
We rely on a few trusted companies to run this website and handle messages. They process your information only to provide their services to us:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes contact form submissions.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Google Workspace hosts our email.
- Anthropic provides an AI service we may use to screen messages for spam and summarize them for our team.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only as long as we need them to respond, serve you, and maintain reasonable business records. Submissions stored by our message screening system are deleted after 12 months.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. It saves your light or dark mode choice in your own browser so the site remembers it. We may use privacy-focused analytics to count visits and see which pages are helpful.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
